Refurbishment of a dilapidated, ca. 100-year-old terraced house on the outskirts of Bedminster from the ground up.

The proposal to build a rear extension and a loft conversion has been approved, and the next stage is to seek approval to split the extended house into two flats, one with three bedrooms and another with two bedrooms.

The house is in the catchment area of a primary school with an "outstanding" Ofsted rating and only 0.4m from Victoria Park, making it appealing to young families.
